In spite of institutional developments in the recent decades, african experience of regional integration is still showing a gap between the legal infrastructure rolled out, and the social reality it is supposed to shape. Therefore, the book focus on the legal conditions that may lead to an appropriated integration, that is integration by and for Africa.
