This text reviews the surgical pathologists’ approach to diagnosing soft tissue tumors guided by vital morphological and immunohistochemical data in the differential diagnosis of this family of tumors. It focuses on the use of drawings and schematic representations of each tumor entity to help pathologists in training improve upon their diagnostic capabilities and skills.
