Home and social space are central to social work with older and elderly people. Unlike younger people, older people are seldom reliably accessible for social work services via institutions such as daycare centres, schools or workplaces after the employment phase. This anthology offers an interdisciplinary insight into social space-related research on ageing issues and provides basic knowledge about the living conditions and situations of older people.
