Crowdwork is a new form of work that does not involve a traditional employment relationship or formal affiliation with a corporate organization. This book consists of two focal points. On the one hand, it examines the question of which processes of dissolution of boundaries the reorganization strategy of crowd-sourcing entails - using IBM as a case study.
