The national funding programme "Integration via Qualification" (Integration durch Qualifizierung - IQ) has been working on improving the employment opportunities for people from migrant backgrounds since 2005. The previous focal point of the programme had until now not emphasised the target group of refugees - however, as a reaction to the developments since autumn 2015 the offers have been extended.
