Moreover readers who want to familiarize themselves with process management will find what they are looking for in this volume in the form of a report on the experiences of an engineering firm, as will those interested in the important topic of sustainability, which is defined in one of the book's contributions as a criterion in the decision-making process to purchase residential real estate by institutional investors.
