This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 15th BenchCouncil International Symposium on Benchmarking, Measuring, and Optimizing, Bench 2023, held in Sanya, China, during December 3–5, 2023. The 11 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 20 submissions.
