Can the use of training modules make the training of disabled adolescents more practise-relevant and inclusive and can the circle of ready-to-train companies be enlarged? The answer to that question was the central focus for the project TrialNet, in which modular structures, new vocational pedagogy concepts and competence measuring procedures for the training of adolescents with disabilities were developed and tested. 400 adolescents and 265 companies participated in the project until 2015.
The anthology offers information about the status quo of inclusion in vocational training and requirements for the learning location "company", presents project reports and introduces basic requirements for the implementation of modular training units.
