The training of adolescents with disabilities can be subdivided into manageable sections using training modules. The modules developed in the project TrialNet allowed the training of 400 young people with learning or psychological disabilities in 13 professions. The manual describes how training modules can be implemented in the training of adolescents with disabilities and offers companies, education institutions and education providers a workable concept.
