The Christiana Albertina was founded in 1966 as Kiel University's journal and has since been an important medium for disseminating and documenting the history, developments and achievements of CAU both internally and externally. With issue 84, the journal begins a new launch as an open access journal. From now on, Christiana Albertina will be published annually as a university-wide showcase for research projects and discussion, as well as a reporting organ for academic appointments and honors.
