This book discusses the construction of security against (rapid) climate change and other 'wicked problems' such as the combination of pollution and climate change. It analyses climate change, international security and transformation of power responsibility due to climate change, using China as an example. It also examines Arctic security in the context of the globalized Arctic, whereby the region is facing more complicated environmental challenges than the current military conflicts.
