»The Influence of Experts. An Empirical Investigation Using Criminal Legislation as an Example«: The study deals with the question whether experts, who are consulted by the committees according to § 70 GO BT, have an influence on the penal legislation. For this purpose, 30 participants are interviewed and draft laws, verbatim reports, recommended resolutions and law gazettes are examined.
