We know very little of how German ministeries dealt with their Nazi past after 1945. The documentation 'Die Rosenburg' reveals the fateful continuities and cover-ups in the German Federal Ministry of Justice. The publicist Ralph Giordano, influential author of the book 'The Second Guilt and the Burden of Being German' ('Die zweite Schuld oder von der Last, Deutscher zu sein'), is more suited than anyone else to comment on this clarification of the German history of justice.
