»The Compliance of German Law with the Maritime Labour Convetion, 2006« Seafarers perform their duties far away from home and in an isolated work environment. The ›Maritime Labour Convention, 2006‹ established minimum standards regarding the working and living conditions for seafarers. The Federal Repbulic of Germany has to ensure, that theses minimum standards are fulfilled completely.
