Admissibility, Limitations and Liability« The thesis describes the contractually non-negotiable original performance and due diligence obligations of a capital management company (KVG) under the KAGB in the management of investment funds. A further focus is the presentation of how and within what limits KVGs use third parties to fulfil their obligations. The paper critically examines treatment of the »materiality criterion« in the outsourcing definition of the BaFin.
