»The Basis of Consent in Criminal Law« The main purpose of this dissertation is to bridge the conventional theoretical gaps in explaining the institute of consent and to clarify the basis of the concept of consent and its limits. At the same time, the present work explains 1) the basis on which the criminal justice system must recognize the institute of consent and 2) which criminal theory shall be adopted, so that it can be compatible with the aforementioned basis.
