Between Codes of Conduct and Legal Standardisation« Following a period of no legal regulations on follow-up carrers after leaving public service and a practice of self-regulation thereon, waiting period regulations are dominating career paths for former leading politicians since 2014. The author examines the legal provisions on waiting periods, especially from a constitutional point of view.
