»The Regulation of Rideselling. Passenger Transportation Law Analysis of Digital Transportation Models of the Sharing Economy«: App-based intermediation of taxi-like transportation conflicts with passenger transportation law and has been subject of court prohibitions. In this context, the study examines the Regulation of Rideselling (Uber) as an example of the Sharing Economy.
