This book deals with the interdependencies regarding economic crises, administrative reforms and fiscal consolidation in political-administrative systems. The research will show that economic crises are the main factor for budget problems of states and local governments. Due to this effect, economic crises are a powerful driver for the development and implementation of administrative reforms.
