Who decides what is taught and learnt and how at Universities? Already before the beginning of the Bologna reform process University didactics dealt with the design and development of degree courses and study programmes. Departments and educators were both actively involved in the processes relating to the development of degree courses. New degree courses resulted from research logics. The Bologna reform changed this process and moved the focus from research to the Bachelor and Master degrees.
