Noticing the technological changes and the increasing demand for skilled labour within the sector of renewable energies, this question becomes more important. In order to be flexible in meeting the sector's requirements, additional qualifications combined with initial training may facilitate diversification and specialisation. This guidebook is based on the results of the JOBSTARTER project of the same name. It helps stakeholders of professional training with the planning of action-oriented additional qualifications.
