War with all its horrors has returned to the continent. Russia, with her war against Ukraine, has turned the entire post-war order upside down and triggered another crisis for Europe. Geopolitics must be based on a clear vision of a desired state, an assessment of the environment and an honest analysis of one’s own capabilities and means.
