»Extraterritorial Application of Fundamental Rights According to Art. 16a GG« The author examines the extraterritorial application of fundamental rights by means of the German right of asylum. Therefore, she analyses the question in terms of constitutional, international and EU law. While doing so, she focusses on the territorial scope of the different fundamental rights dimensions and analyses the guarantee of the fundamental right of asylum.
