»Public Manhunt on the Internet. In the Field of Tension between the Law and Practice« The thesis is devoted to the question of whether the regulation of public manhunt in section 131 et seqq. German Code of Criminal Procedure (StPO) which has been in force since 2000 is still appropriate in the digital age. The dissertation focuses on the implementation of legal requirements when using the Internet, including social networks, for public manhunt in practice.
