From November to December 2023, Sol LeWitt's massive wall will be in dialogue with paintings. Leaning succinctly against the outer wall of the exhibition space, they confront the stillness of the monument with various thought-provoking and associative tasks with careless vivacity. Following the performative interventions on the concept and the work, the Austrian painter Franz Vana is the first artist to be invited to relate his works to the monumental wall by Sol LeWitt in an object-like and installative manner.
