Ionospheric scintillations impact the phase and amplitude of global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) signals. Modeling the scintillation parameters, i.e. scintillation phase and amplitude, with autoregressive processes we derive a dual Kalman filter based algorithm. This algorithm estimates the AR model for the scintillation parameters together with the scintillation and GNSS signal parameters.
