Do you believe that reading something in here will encourage you to buy this book? I have no interest in you buying anything from me or from the shop where you are getting this. Rest assured that your money is probably better off in something, which takes your mind off of your self. Maybe a new TV? Or a better and much louder sound-system? I am sure you are dying to get your hands on a new sweater, because your last shopping-spree is only two weeks in the past. This book has no interest in your recent past, but encourages you to look into the stuff you do not want to look at. With that being said, please do not expect too much from the author, because he has been called a lunatic on several occasions. He is after all the maintainer of a podcast with the name of "spiritual advice from a barbarian lunatic". What would one possibly be able to learn from such a person, right?
