Human Ressources (HR) offers more than meets the eye: HR react to change processes, act pro-actively, and foster new ideas and re-invent themselves. This volume reflects the tasks and strategic importance of HR in change processes and investigates the future role of HR in companies. At the centre of interest are the people concerned, their activities and coping strategies in change management and ways of achieving a high profile for HR.
