This book constitutes the proceedings of the Second International Conference on Information Technologies and Intelligent Decision Making Systems, ITIDMS 2022, which took place in Moscow, Russia, in December 2022.The 14 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 38 submissions.
