This book constitutes the proceedings of the Second International Conference on Information Technologies and Intelligent Decision Making Systems, ITIDMS 2022, held as a virtual event, December 12–14, 2022.The 14 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 38 submissions.
