Interaction Between Rubber Material and Mold During Demolding

Produktform: Buch

This work is concerned with the process of demolding process in the context of tire production. Alongside with the adhesion, the chosen interface model also includes the classical interactions due to contact and friction. Within the framework of computational contact mechanics this interface model is implemented with node to segment discretization strategy. In addition, for the first time, also an adhesion-contact model is implement using the mortar method. For the modeling of rubber material beside the nonlinear static material response and the viscoelasticity, also different states of vulcanization are considered. By means of a parameter variation it is shown, that for realistic simulation a stabilization of the calculations is required. For this an arc length method with an adaptive constraint equation as well as a dynamic calculation of the problem is regarded.weiterlesen
