The analysis of economic interconnections, although it has a long history in economic thought, as it has been studied systematically since the beginning of the last century, has not left any clear imprint on the dominant economic tradition of microeconomics and macroeconomics. And especially for the Greek economy, there is a lack of corresponding research. The aim of this book is to study the issue of economic interconnections both at a macro level, studying the economic relations between the various sectors of the Greek economy, and at a micro level by studying the interconnections of various Greek companies, property relations, and overlaps in management boards. The book is divided into three parts. On the one hand, the overall structure of the Greek economy is presented and its internal relations are assessed. The book uses two approaches to quantify interdisciplinary and cross- sectoral interfaces: The traditional approach to input-output analysis and the "influence and information flow" overview approach through network analysis and common interpersonal reporting private sector companies. Thus, in the book's first part the current conditions and the economic interconnections within the Greek economy are presented. In the second part, during the analysis of microeconomic interconnections between individuals and companies, a much more thorough presentation of the economic interconnections of Greek companies is established (in various important sectors of the Greek economy, showing the possibilities for information transfer, cooperation in corporate strategy, etc.).
