»Islamic Prison Chaplaincy. Constitutional Framework and Practice of State-Religion-Cooperation for Muslim Prisoners«: When prison service wants to professionalize Islamic chaplaincy for muslim prisoners, they try to find a balance between the two aspects freedom of religion and preventing radicalization. This study analyzes the framework in German constitutional law and the concepts of German federal states. A comparison of these methods with those in England and Wales, Netherlands, France, Austria and Italy shows that a state employment of Imams does not have to fail on the principle of religious neutrality.weiterlesen
