The increasing integration of digital solutions is changing work processes in the nursing profession, and with them the tasks, roles and responsibilities of professional nurses. With the Nursing Professions Act (PflBG) of 2020, the profession is becoming increasingly differentiated. Competencies for Digitization in Nursing via a meta-analysis. The KOMET competence model according to Rauner (2010) is used as a theoretical framework, into which the competences elaborated are classified. With the assignment of the educational levels in the professional field of nursing, a competence matrix is created that enables connectivity to the German Qualifications Framework (DQR) and thus also to other professional fields.
