Due to missing manageable procedures, more than half of all internships completed within the framework of entry qualifications (EQJ) are not certified. This makes it particularly hard for the interns to enter the labour market as companies attach great importance to the documentation of cross-sector skills. This guide provides companies and in-house actors with information on how to identify the competencies of interns. Checklists and questionnaires allow companies to create valuable documents describing the technical, methodical, social and personal skills which are relevant for each stage of the vocational training.
