»Culture Law – Cultural Artefacts as legal objects under Copyright Law and Culture Property Law«: In the wake of the highly controversial 2016 reform of the German Cultural Property Protection Act, the work deals with the hitherto largely unstudied legal tension between copyright and cultural property. It attempts to define an overarching cultural right along the boundaries of the public interest in cultural artifacts and the private interests of their creators.
