Methodenhandbuch

Messen und Entwickeln beruflicher Kompetenzen (COMET)

Produktform: E-Buch Text Elektronisches Buch in proprietärem

Within only a few years, the COMET procedure has become the national and international standard for competence diagnostics in vocational training. The handbook introduces the reader to approaches which were tested within the framework of the COMET projects and may be used for purposes of quality assurance and quality development in vocational training. The revised and extended COMET competency model serves as a means to identify and evaluate conceptual plan-based competencies as well as practical skills. The handbook guides the reader through all methodical steps. Examples of these steps are the performance of tests, cross-section and longitudinal studies, as well as the development of context analyses and measurement procedures for test motivation. The final chapter is primarily concerned with the COMET procedure as a means to shape, organise and evaluate vocational training processes. All approaches and procedures described in the handbook were developed in close collaboration between research groups and practitioners from technical schools.weiterlesen
