The empirical assessment offers data and analyses regarding the handling of migration-related diversity at training institutions. The study comprises data collected from 260 recognised non-profit and commercial institutions specialised in adult education and based in North Rhine-Westphalia. The study pays particular attention to organisational strategies and concepts of training institutions. The results provided by the authors indicate the existing requirements and offer recommendations for diversity-conscious educational work.
