Demand-driven study conditions and study-orientated teaching programmes are the key to the successful completion of courses. In the BMBF project "Equipped for the future", sustainable approaches to the development of teaching and learning quality were developed and tested. Its primary concern is to prevent dropouts. The devised actions draw on the causes and determining factors for dropouts, and selectively promote motivation to study, and therefore, the successful completion of courses. The project presents ways in which new measures, approaches and formats can be integrated in everyday teaching and learning in three main categories: Re-thinking teaching, enriching teaching with digital tools, and designing study programmes based on demand.weiterlesen
