»Model Case Procedures by Consumer Associations in Conjunction with European and German Principles of Procedural Law«: Consumers tend to refrain from seeking legal redress where companies violate the law through unfair practices. These practices often harm a large number of consumers. The high costs of bringing legal action and other uncertainties deter consumers from enforcing their rights.
