New Production Technologies in Aerospace Industry
Machining Innovations Conference, Proceedings, September 18th and 19th 2013, in Hannover at the EMO
Produktform: Buch
The demand of the future-oriented market of the Aerospace Industry for a resourceefficient
production with high productivity and a maximum quality rate requires a
continuous technical development within this branch. As one of the leading sectors in
Europe it has a pioneering role for the constant development of modern production
technology always considering the long planning intervals.
With this responsibility the production technology with its innovative machine tools, new
production engineering technologies and efficient structures makes an essential
contribution to the further development of global players. The aim is to increase quality,
efficiency and safety standards continuously.
The 4th Machining Innovations Conference “New Production Technologies in Aerospace
Industry” in 2013 is presented from the Institute of Production Engineering and Machine
Tools in cooperation with the Machining Innovations Network e.V. The conference is
held in connection with the EMO, which provides with the motto „Intelligence in
Production“, an appropriate framework for the professional linking-up of future-oriented
ideas.
For the first time in the 13 years history of the conference, scientific presentations are
held with the state-of-the-art research results on key topics of the conference in an extra
session, which will also be published in “Lecture Notes in Production Engineering” by
Springer. Altogether 26 experts from industry and science report on two half-days in
plenary and technical presentations of the latest innovations and trends in Aerospace
Industry, which you find on the following pages. The focus of the different sessions
encompasses current trends in manufacturing and production technology as well as
planning and organization.weiterlesen
