National Socialist Criminal Law in the Case Law of the Sondergericht (Special Court) Saarbrücken from 1939 to 1945«: Using the example of the »Sondergericht Saarbrücken«, the study analyses procedural files to determine whether and to what extent the criminal justice system in the Saarland was determined by National Socialist ideology during the National Socialist regime.
