The volume examines theoretical principles and the practical implementation of project theory in history studies. The aim of the publisher is to didactically create a basis for the development of a quality frame and to anchor it long-term in academic history curricula. The first part underpins and creates a basis for innovative approaches, while part two documents and reflects on practise examples of the institutional and organisational framework. Professionalisation in terms of university-based didactics is the topic of part three. Sample case studies introduce possible paths for teaching development, implementation and the evaluation of the project.
