Abstract
For some time now, capital goods manufacturers no longer offer only pure technical products but instead offer customized solutions, consisting of a product and different services (Technical Product-Service System - PSS). In order to remain competitive, the quality of PSS becomes an important success factor in international competition. To become a quality leader in delivering PSS, it is necessary prerequisite that the quality of PSS can be assessed. However, existing quality attributes and assessment methods are related either to products or to services.
