The focus of the anthology lies on important aspects of quality assurance. It commences with the methodical references to consultancy within demographical projects. The tools of demographically sensitive personnel management work are considered from the point of view of quality assurance. Subsequently, the qualification of consultants for demographical consultancy is in the centre of the discussion. The authors highlight various quality assurance aspects regarding the work with company networks. The anthology concludes with a workshop report, which demonstrates how interim reports of publically subsidised corporate demographical projects are researched and how this helps to gain quality aspects for the development of support programmes.
