This study examines a hitherto little researched variety of anti-egalitarian, anti-Western and authoritarian state theory. Heinrich W. Herrfahrdt's »Arbitrational Leadership« was intended to transform the liberal constitutional state into an authoritarian corporative state by means of minor interventions in the state's institutional structure.
