Many Christians are searching for religious answers to problems in everyday life. However, they do not always find the incentives that they are looking for, in the official documents of the church. Therefore the former Pope Benedict XVI announced a year of the faith. We may recognize a request therein for all Christians to make their contributions in a renewal of the Christian faith.
