Although the field of sleep medicine has long been investigated, it is until the last few years, that more investigations are being conducted to aid understanding of this field. As such, there is a lag in most of the training programs on this topic. The aim of this book is to educate psychiatrists about the bidirectional relationship between sleep medicine and psychiatry.
