SRC Tutor III The SRC-Tutor III is the ideal learning software and simulation to prepare for an SRC examination or as a refresher and revision for holders of a marine radio certificate. In this case, a fictional radio simulates the coast station, another the voice radio. Let the radios receive the usual voice radio on the water.
