This book represents a short and practical text using a coaching approach to develop the reader’s interview skills. This is due to a clear need that encourages doctors to prepare well for interviews. The author, working as a coach, has supported colleagues in the run up to interviews and, above all, those looking for the same thing: a practical assistance in learning how to structure a response to a question that gives a flavor of their personality as well as their experience and knowledge.
